August 2026 Update: Campaign 99.9% Fulfilled + Closing Down BackerKit

Hey, backers!
This is an important update, so please read it carefully:
We’ve fulfilled 99.9% of rewards for Living Minis! A huge thank you to everyone who supported this project and waited patiently for us to ship out orders!
What’s next for this project?
We have 36 backers who haven't responded to their surveys, and 15 who recently confirmed their surveys. We will be pushing these orders out in the next two weeks in a final wave. If you haven't completed your survey yet, you should have received a separate email from us prompting you to do so, as we’ll be closing the BackerKit on Monday, August 31, 2026. See below for details.
We are closing the Living Minis BackerKit site on Monday, August 31, 2026. If you do not complete your survey by this date, please reach out to [email protected] and we will convert the amount you pledged to store credit for the Hit Point Press store so you can still place a Living Minis order with us.
Shipping Information for Straggler Waves
Although we were able to ship within different regions during the main campaign, all remaining rewards from late surveys will be fulfilled from our distribution hub in the US only. As such, we cannot guarantee VAT friendly shipping for these remaining shipments.

Our fulfillment partners are currently packing and shipping the minis, and we expect fulfillment of most orders to begin shortly!

Fulfillment Progress + USA Delay (Customs Rejection)

USA Fulfillment Delay - Customs Rejection
Unfortunately, the U.S. shipment of Living Minis was denied entry by customs due to an oversight on the part of our manufacturer, and is currently being returned to China via ocean freight.
We know this is a disappointing delay, but our manufacturer has assured us that they are prioritizing this issue and will reship the Living Minis to the U.S. as quickly as possible. The manufacturer has estimated it would take 1 month to return the shipment back to China, and then an additional month to ship it back. The current estimated delivery timeline is mid-June.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this and wait for the Living Minis to arrive.

Reminder: Failed Payments (13!)
We continue to make a dent in this number but there are still a few orders with payment processing issues. These are backers whose cards are unable to be charged, either the information is incorrect or the payment has failed. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship rewards to these backers until their payment issue is resolved.
We periodically retry cards, and if you update your card information your card will be retried immediately. If you are expecting rewards but haven't received them yet, please make sure your payment information is up to date.
