Our fulfillment partners are currently packing and shipping the minis, and we expect fulfillment of most orders to begin shortly!

Fulfillment Progress + USA Delay (Customs Rejection)

USA Fulfillment Delay - Customs Rejection
Unfortunately, the U.S. shipment of Living Minis was denied entry by customs due to an oversight on the part of our manufacturer, and is currently being returned to China via ocean freight.
We know this is a disappointing delay, but our manufacturer has assured us that they are prioritizing this issue and will reship the Living Minis to the U.S. as quickly as possible. The manufacturer has estimated it would take 1 month to return the shipment back to China, and then an additional month to ship it back. The current estimated delivery timeline is mid-June.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this and wait for the Living Minis to arrive.

Reminder: Failed Payments (13!)
We continue to make a dent in this number but there are still a few orders with payment processing issues. These are backers whose cards are unable to be charged, either the information is incorrect or the payment has failed. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship rewards to these backers until their payment issue is resolved.
We periodically retry cards, and if you update your card information your card will be retried immediately. If you are expecting rewards but haven't received them yet, please make sure your payment information is up to date.

Manufacturing Start + SHIFT Kickstarter

Hey Backers! Hope you're having a great Halloween!
Short and sweet update this month: We have just finished all the animation and production files for manufacturing and have submitted them to the manufacturer!
We anticipate that the manufacturing process will take around 2 months and from there we will start freighting over the product over to our warehouses around the world. As there won't be much to discuss in the meantime, our next update will be in January 2026!
Don't forget to fill our your Backerkit surveys! Around 60 surveys have yet to be completed.
